Chinese Philosophy of Technology:History,Status and Trends (Ⅰ)

　　内容提要：中国技术哲学作为一种当代学术现象，经历了从技术辩证法传统、论技术或技术论到技术哲学学科确立的发展过程。对于中国技术哲学，可以从两方面考察其思想脉络：一是把它作为一种部门哲学加以对待，主要包括技术的经济哲学、社会哲学和伦理哲学；二是把它作为一种哲学纲领加以对待，主要包括现象学技术哲学、分析的技术哲学、解释学技术哲学和实用主义技术哲学。这种考察表明，中国作为部门哲学的技术哲学发展是体制性的，已有相当发展也有较广的扩散，而作为哲学纲领的技术哲学才作为一种“国际引进”刚刚兴起。也就是说，中国技术哲学正在从部门哲学向哲学纲领构建发展。这种转型意味着，中国技术哲学必须要在思想渊源、传统文化关联和时代特色呈现方面走向更深入的发展。

　　As a contemporary phenomenon of academy,Chinese philosophy of technology has experienced a process of development from the traditional dialectics of technology and technology studies to philosophy of technology as a discipline established.This process can be divided into two threads of thought,that is to say,it is considered as departmental philosophies,such as economic,social and ethical philosophies of technology,as well as philosophical programs,such as phenomenological,analytical,hermeneutical and pragmatic philosophies of technology.The investigation shows that Chinese philosophy of technology as departmental philosophy,is within the system of traditional academy and education,and has a considerable development and a wide diffusion.And as philosophical programs,the Chinese philosophy of technology just emerged from international intellectuals.Chinese philosophy of technology is going through a transition from departmental philosophies to philosophical programming construction.In the transition,however,its future development must be deeply characterized by origins of thought,association with Chinese traditional culture and era features.

　　中国技术哲学是一种“当代学术现象”，它必然是中国人经验现代技术的集中反映，必然是中国人对自身技术实践与国外技术之于中国意义的思维呈现。中国技术哲学已经有一段历史，对其发展历程和思想状况作出总体的梳理或概观，则成为一项重要而又非常紧迫的学术任务。对这一学术任务，中国学术界已从两个方面给予关注：一是着眼于学科未来发展探索，即以历史回顾展望未来发展。例如，有学者指出中国技术哲学“兴起”只是初步的，还存在各种“不足”、“问题”或“落后状况”[1-3]，强调“发展中国现代技术哲学”[4]，也有学者提出中国技术哲学从“国外技术哲学述评”向“以基本理论问题为导向”过渡的“路径选择”问题[5]，还有学者“借古咏今”以强化技术哲学研究的“中国语境”[6]。二是当前学科地位探索，即以“技术哲学元研究”(主要讨论技术哲学的一般问题，如历史演进、研究范式、学科定位、学科结构、学科分支等)为线索，采取统计学的定量方法考察相关期刊论文的增长、主题和作者情况，凸显当代中国技术哲学的“学科”属性以及研究队伍的“学派”属性[7-8]。这两类学科性考察着眼点有所不同，但它们有一个共同特点是形式化描述，把从技术哲学所处中国背景和有关争论考察其思想的发展历程置于次要地位。鉴于这种情况，本文在目前研究基础上，力图勾勒一幅中国技术哲学的“思想地图”，不求完美，但求能够给出一种思想发展理路，以便把握其发展趋势。
