3 结语
本文将企业—供应商关系与知识转移统一于一个分析框架下,探讨企业—供应商关系与知识转移之间的关系,引入了关系持续时间、供应商绩效和知识可编码程度3个因素,研究它们对企业—供应商关系与知识转移间的调节作用,提出了4个具有实证意义的理论假设,为进一步的实证研究指明了方向。
与此同时,上述理论框架还有一些具体的细节问题有待于进一步的探讨。例如,对于企业—供应商关系到企业间知识转移过程中的调节机制,除了所提出的3种调节因素外,是否还存在其它一些调节因素;在确定了知识转移层面和转移主体之后,对于企业间的知识转移如何进行有效的测量,等等。
对于上述理论框架以及可能存在的问题的探讨,可以使我们对企业与供应商之间的知识转移有一个深入全面的理解。更为重要的是,我们完全可以将此理论思路在企业的实践中加以运用,使企业在进行知识转移时,能够明确企业—供应商关系对知识转移的作用机理,以及针对关系持续时间、供应商绩效、知识可编码程度3个情境因素的变化,来调整自身与供应商之间的关系强度,从而提高企业间知识转移过程中的效率,为企业增强自身可持续竞争优势提供依据。
总体上来看,本文提出了企业—供应商关系对知识转移影响的假设模型,并对相关因素进行了理论分析,进一步的工作有待通过实证研究来检验各因素之间的关系以及作用强度,发现其中更为深入的未显现出来的关系。
